By creating an acount on and using AllNotions.com, a service of Keyato LLC, you are agreeing to be bound to the following terms and conditions (herein referred to as "Terms of Use").
Basic Terms
1. You must be 13 years or older to use this site.
2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screenname, including (but not limited to) creating new questions and answering existing ones.
3. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, audio and video clips, links (herein referred to as "Content") that you submit, post, and display on the AllNotions service.
4. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
5. You may not use the AllNotions.com service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
6. You must not modify, adapt or hack AllNotions.com or modify another website to falsely imply that it is associated with AllNotions.com or Keyato LLC.
7. You must not, in the use of AllNotions, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).
General Conditions
1. AllNotions is a free service provided by Keyato LLC. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the AllNotions.com service for any reason, without notice at any time.
2. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly - we're hosted on a secure server in a US-based datacenter that's managed by human eyes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year (literally). However, Keyato LLC takes no responsibility for and will not be liable for AllNotions.com being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
3. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Use.
5. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use, we will notify you via an alert on the AllNotions homepage. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at our sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgement.
